Prices in Euro ex warehouse at the company Zeiss Staplerservice GmbH plus 20% VAT. Vehicles may only be operated by trained and qualified staff! Prices are valid for one-shift use on one calendar day. Not included are costs for delivery, return transport, fuel, service and cleaning. Double shift use increases the rental price by 75 %, three-shift use by 150 %. Transport to the customer and return transport count as rental days. Repair costs caused by incorrect operation or non-compliance with the maintenance regulations are charged separately.  Necessary work may only be carried out by employees of the company Zeiss Staplerservice GmbH. A comprehensive final cleaning service of the rental forklift after extremely dirty use (e.g. on construction sites etc.) is charged separately. Necessary mounting and dismantling works carried out on the forklift are charged according to the time and effort involved. Loss of the rental forklift as well as damages caused by third parties shall be at the expense of the hirer. We do not assume liability for unserviceability of rental forklifts. In case of cancellation of the rental contract a cancellation fee of 25 % is charged.    
Machinery breakdown insurance 4% of the rent (deductible € 650.-).All costs, fees, charges and taxes resulting from the conclusion, change and fulfillment of the contract, especially the legal transaction fee, have to be paid by the hirer.
